9.1 Replenishing the Toner for Wide Format Printer
3 Insert the left side notch situated at the bottom
of the toner cartridge into the end of the toner
supply port. Then hold the toner cartridge
vertically on top of the supply port.
4 Slide the toner supply lever to the right. The
cover at the bottom of the toner cartridge will
open and the toner will be released into the
machine.
5 Slide the toner supply lever back and remove
the cartridge.
6 Close the lid on the toner supply port.
Align the protruding part of the
cartridge with the notch when
inserting it in the port.
Tap the toner cartridge gently to ensure
that all of the toner is poured into the
machine.
• There may be cases where the
toner is splashed around the toner
supply port. Clean the area around
the supply port after the
replenishment process has been
completed.
• There may be cases where toner
adheres to the bottom of toner
cartridge. Take care to ensure that
the toner does not get on hands or
clothes.
