9.1 Replenishing the Toner
for Wide Format Printer
If the message "Add Toner" appears on the printer control panel, replenish the toner.
Observe the following when handling the toner.
• When replenishing the toner, handle it carefully so as not to spill the toner on your
clothes or around the machine.
• Never throw a used toner cartridge into an open flame.
Replenish the toner as described below.
[Operations]
1 Take the toner cartridge out of the package and
make it ready for replenishing.
2 Open the lid of the toner supply port.
Shake the toner cartridge well to ensure
toner will dispense properly.
