6.4 Printing Using the lp/lpr Command
Example 3:Displaying the status of a file transferred to the logical printer [plt01h]
When transfer of the [drawd.hpgl] file to the 6030/6050 Wide Format is completed and
the 6030/6050 Wide Format has received the next job, the following message will be
displayed.
Example 4:Displaying the status of a file transferred to the logical printer [plt01h]
When transfer of the [drawa.hpgl] file and the [drawb.hpgl] file to the 6030/6050 Wide
Format is completed and printing of the [drawa.hpgl] file is in progress.
When the [drawe.hpgl] file, the [drawf.hpgl] file and the [drawg.hpgl] file are stored in
the client queue waiting for transfer, the following message will be displayed.
% lpq -Pplt01h

The information starting with [Job ID Sent By Status Prior. Document Name Prt Size
(KB)
] indicates status of the 6030/6050 Wide Format.
[cosmos: sending to oklahoma] or [Rank Owner Job Files Total Size] indicates the
client status.
The job ID for client and the job ID for the 6030/6050 Wide Format are assigned
separately.
