GENERATING A COVER SHEET
Press the Rapid, Speed Dial, or Group keys
of the receiving fax machines.
Press the Start Fax key. Transmission
will begin.
Generating a Cover Sheet
You can have your fax generate a cover
sheet and send it as the last page of the
transmission. The cover sheet includes:
• sending date and time
• receiver's name, a rapid key or speed
dial number
• sender's name and number
• total number of pages sent is
indicated on the bottom
