Settings / Defaults FP13
Fax (Phone)
Common Settings: Audio Tones, Printing Priority, Reports.
1. Press the Access button to enter System Administration Mode.
2. On the keypad enter [11111] or current password. Touch Confirm when finished.
3. Touch System Settings.
4. Touch System Settings, again.
5. Touch Common Settings.
6. Touch Audio Tones.
■ Select item to change (Tone, Volume, etc...), set item, touch Save.
7. Touch Close until the Common Settings Screen is Displayed.
8. Touch Printing Priority.
■ Select item to change (Copy Job, Print Job, Received Fax, iFax, Promoted Job), Touch Change
Settings.
■ Enter Priority Value.
18 Take Priority
28 Second in order of priority
38 Third in order of priority
48 No priority
■ Touch Save.
9. Touch Close until the Common Settings Screen is Displayed.
10. Touch Reports.
■ Select Item to Change - Current Settings:
■ Job History Report - Automatically print every 50 print operations. Default is 0=0ff.
■ Activity Report - Automatically print every 100 transactions. Default is 0=0ff.
■ Transmission Report-undeliver - Automatically print. Default is 0=0ff.
■ Transmission Report-Canceled - Automatically print. Default is 0=0ff.
■ Mailbox Documents Report - Automatically print. Default is 1=0n
■ Broadcast/Multi-poll Report - Automatically print. Default is 1=0n
■ Relay Broadcast Report - Automatically print. Default is 1=On (see below).
■ 0=Off
■ 1=Transmission to initiating station
■ 2=Printed on this machine
■ 3=Both
■ 2 Sided Report - Default is 0=0ff.
■ Recipient on Activity Report - How many digits from other party is printed on Activity
Report. - Default is 0.
■ 0=First 40 digits.
■ 1=Last 40 digits.
11. Touch Close until the System Settings Screen is displayed.
