The device displays the status code: 75-150-00.
The message on the device touch screen reads: Tray 5 is unavailable. Empty and reload.
1. Remove any misfed pages.
2. Fan the media to ensure no pages are stuck together.
3. Check the tray guides are set correctly for the size of media loaded in the tray.

Troubleshooting Tips
The device will not power on
• Check to see that the device is not in Energy Saver mode as indicated by the green light on the
control panel.
• To re-activate the device when in Low Power or Sleep mode, press the Power button. The device
takes longer to recover from Sleep mode.
