If you program your job to have a single staple the staple will be in the top left corner.
• Load A4 (8.5 x 11”) SEF or A3 (11 x 17”) SEF originals with landscape content face up in the
document feeder. Load the pages to be inserted into the job face up and rotated by 180
degrees in the inserter tray.
If you program your job to have a single staple the staple will be in the top left corner.
• Load A4 (8.5 x 11”) SEF or A3 (11 x 17”) SEF originals with portrait content face up in the
document feeder. Load the pages to be inserted into the job face up and rotated by 180
degrees in the inserter tray.
If you program your job to have a single staple the staple will be in the bottom left corner.
• To add a booklet cover to A4 (8.5 x 11”) LEF originals load the originals face up in the
document feeder. Load the A4 (8.5 x 11”) booklet cover face down, rotated by 180 degrees
and SEF in the inserter tray.
This will produce an A5 (4.25 x 10.5") booklet.
Note: This option can only be used if both front and back covers are requested.
• To add a booklet cover to A4 (8.5 x 11”) SEF originals load the originals face up in the
document feeder. Load the A4 (8.5 x 11”) booklet cover face down and rotated by 180
degrees in the inserter tray.
This will produce an A5 (4.25 x 10.5") booklet.
