Certain consumables and routine maintenance items need to be ordered occasionally. Each supply
item includes installation instructions.
Consumables
Genuine Xerox Toner Cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black)
•Standard capacity
• High capacity
Note: Each toner cartridge includes installation instructions on the box.
Caution: Use of toner other than Genuine Xerox Toner may affect print quality and printer
reliability. It is the only toner designed and manufactured under strict quality controls by Xerox for
specific use with this printer.
Routine Maintenance Items
Routine maintenance items are printer parts that have a limited life and require periodic replacement.
Replacements may be parts or kits. Routine maintenance items are typically customer replaceable.
The following items are routine maintenance items:
• Imaging Units
• Waste Cartridge
•Fuser
•Transfer Roller
•Transfer Belt
•Ozone Filter
• ADF Roller Kit
Customer Replaceable Parts
Customer replaceable parts are long life items that may require occasional replacement based on
customer usage and print volumes.
