Fax Recipients
Use the Fax Recipients tab to create a list of recipients for your fax job.
Select Add Fax Recipient... and enter the recipient’s details in each field. The name
and the fax number must be entered. When entering a new recipient, you are also
able to add them to your personal phonebook.
The Recipients are displayed in the Fax Recipient List. To delete or amend an entry,
select it in the list and use Details or Remove. To remove all the entries, select
Remove All. To save the current Recipient list as a group, select the Save Group
option.
