Loading Labels in the Bypass Tray
1. Open the Bypass Tray and pull out the tray extensions for larger sizes.
2. For labels 320 mm (12.6 in.) or shorter, insert the labels face down, long-edge feed, with the top
edge to the left.
3. For labels longer than 320 mm (12.6 in.), insert the labels face down, short-edge feed, with the top
edge leading into the printer.
4. Adjust the width guides until they touch the edges of the labels.
