Clearing Jams at Cover A
To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.
WARNING: Internal parts of the printer can be hot. Use caution when doors and covers are open.
1. Lift the Cover A Release Latch and open the cover.
2. Lower both green fuser levers and remove the paper by pulling it in the direction shown.
Note: When Cover A is closed, both fuser levers automatically return to their original position.
3. Close the cover.
