7. Close the right side door.
Clearing Jams at the Finisher
To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.
Note: Ensure that the cover of the horizontal transport unit is closed before opening the finisher door.
This procedure does not work properly if the horizontal transport unit is open.
1. Open the front door of the finisher.
