Insert the paper stopper in the hole at the paper exit slot.
It should pivot up and down.

Reconnect the printer’s power cord and power on the
printer.

Check the Control Panel display. When the printer has
completed its power on diagnostics, the display should
show
Ready
. If an error message is displayed, refer to Table
5.1 on page 5-5 for instructions.

If you have no other options to install, print a
Configuration Sheet (see page 1-102) and check it to
confirm that the option(s) have been properly installed.
