2,000 Sheet Feeder

Remove the two screws that secure the 500 sheet feeder to
the 2,000 sheet feeder (from inside the feeder).

Lift the 500 sheet feeder off of the 2,000 sheet feeder.

Replace the printer’s paper tray, reconnect the power cord,
and power on the printer.

Check the Control Panel display. When the printer has
completed its power on diagnostics, the display should
show
Ready
. If an error message is displayed, refer to Table
5.1 on page 5-5 for instructions.
