OS6500 Cannot validate first data record; space to next report.
The tape record or block does not conform to the description in JSL.
Action 1. Enter the SPACE 1 REPORTS command to go to the next
report. Recreate the lost report.
2. Rerun the lost report.
IF THIS MESSAGE APPEARS WITH “LABEL ERROR” MESSAGE:
Continue pressing the <CON> key until the job prints. (See
recommended actions for messages OS6010-OS6090.)
OS6510 Barcode reader not found.
A job is running using a JDL which specifies BARCODE or RBAR
commands and the barcode reader is either not installed or not
enabled.
Action Contact your systems specialist or Xerox Customer Service.
OS6520 Cannot read index page data block.
The system cannot read the index page data block due to a hardware
malfunction on the system disk.
Action Contact your systems specialist or Xerox Customer Service.
OS6550 Data not formatted as specified; space to next report.
JSL does not correctly describe the record or block format.
Action 1. Enter the SPACE 1 REPORTS command to go to the next
report.
or
Enter the ABORT job# command to cancel the job.
2. Recode the JDL statements. (Refer to the online and offline

3. Restart the job.
OS6551 Problem found in block number nn.
A problem was found while reading block number nn from the input
data stream.
