OS3025 If fault continues enter ‘SEL TRAY’ or ‘ABORT O’ or
A fault in the collection area of the stitcher/stacker has occurred
(followed by message OS2000 PRESS CONTINUE TO RESUME
PRINTING).
Action Press the <CON> key to resume printing, ignoring the fault.
or
Enter the SELECT TRAY command to redirect the output to the
sample tray.
or
Abort the current report with the ABORT O command.
OS3026 If fault continues, enter ‘STITCH OFF’
A stitcher fault has occurred.
Action 1. Press the <CON> key to ignore the first occurrence of the fault.
2. If the fault continues, enter the STITCH OFF command to turn
off the stitching option.
3. Contact your systems specialist or Xerox Customer Service.
OS3040 Output offset failure. Set will not be offset
A stitcher/stacker offset failure has occurred.
Action Check output for proper job separation (two jobs may have been
combined).
OS3050 Stitcher is out of wire
The stitcher has run out of wire.
Action Replace stitcher wire if you are ACT-trained.

Contact your systems specialist or Xerox Customer Service.
OS3190 Close rear door
This message instructs you to close the rear door of the printer before
starting or resuming your job.
Action None.
