Fuser agent
Guide to Performing Routine Maintenance 3-5
9. Dispose of the dropcloth and any empty agent bottles in a
trash receptacle. If there is any agent left in the bottle, cap the
bottle and store it for future use.
10.Remove and dispose of the gloves in a trash receptacle,
being careful not to let any residue come in contact with your
skin.
11.Close the printer doors.
NOTE: The fuser agent message disappears after the printer
prints between 32 and 40 sheets. Since the sheets must be
processed continuously, you may want to run 45 test pages in
order to clear the message from the system (unless the
current print job contains at least 40 pages).
12.Wash your hands to remove any fuser agent.
