1. Close the left door.
2. Press the Continue button.
E124 Both paper trays low on
paper.
The paper is too low, or the unlock button has been
pressed for both trays you selected.
1. Open any selected tray.
2. Load and close the paper tray.
3. Press the Continue button.
E126 Late arrival at pre-
transfer feeding from
HCF.
The paper failed to arrive at the pre-transfer jam switch
while feeding from the HCF in the allotted amount of time.
1. Clear area 2
2. Press the Continue button.
E131 Low toner in the system. The dry ink is too low as determined by the system.
1. Add dry ink.
2. Close the left front door.
E134 Low toner detected by
toner sensor.
The dry ink is too low as determined by the dry ink sensor
(displayed at the end of the jam).
1. Add dry ink.
2. Close the left front door.
E138 Late arrival at output tray
switch while inverting.
The paper failed to arrive at the output tray jam switch
while inverting in the allotted amount of time.
1. Clear area 5.
2. If fault persists, check fuser for an accordion jam.
3. Press the Continue button.
E139 Early arrival at output tray
switch while inverting.
The paper arrived early at the output tray jam switch while
inverting.
1. Clear area 5.
2. Press the Continue button.
E223 Clear entire IOT paper
path and HCF paper path.
A job has not printed and completed a purge sequence.
Clear the entire paper path.
E224 HCF vertical transport
lead edge jam.
The paper fed from one of the trays did not reach the
vertical transport jam switch within the allotted time.
1. Clear area 1a.
2. Press the Continue button.
E225 HCF vertical transport
trail edge jam.
The paper fed from one of the trays did not leave the
vertical transport jam switch within the allotted time.
1. Clear areas 1a and 2a.
2. Press the Continue button.
E226 Bottom transport leading
edge jam.
The paper fed from the HCF did not reach the bottom
transport switch in time.
