Action Write down the message and contact your system administrator.

Can’t open job ticket file: <path>
The DocuPrint NPS printer is unable to access the job ticket using the
pathname you specified.
Action Check the pathname you specified, and correct it if necessary. Make
sure that you have read access to the file.
Can’t open local printer file: <path>
Your software is missing an internal file that is needed for printing.
Action Verify that the directory /usr/spool/xerox/qtmp exists and that you
have read and write access to it. Ask your system administrator to
verify that the client software was loaded properly.
