HIP (HOST INTERFACE PROCESSOR) MESSAGES
HP2210 File send not allowed
The file SEND command is not permitted.
Action None.
HP2220 File specified to send does not exist
The file requested to be sent does not exist.
Action Verify that the file name is correct and retry the command.
HP2230 File send request rejected by host
The request to send a file cannot be processed.
Action Make sure the host is in a state to receive files, and retry the
command.
HP2240 Send request rejected by queue saturation
HIP SEND was rejected due to a “queue full” condition.
Action Wait until jobs have printed, then reenter the HIP SEND request.
HP2290 Pass-through pending, enter ‘HIP START.’
or
Pass-through pending, select or enter ’HIP START.’
A pass-through job has been sent from the XPAF host; HIP must
be started.
Action None.
HP2300 Command error at: part of command in error
The command part indicated was entered incorrectly.
Action Reenter the command correctly. (Refer to the HIP chapter in
your 4635 LPS Operator Guide.)
HP2310 Reenter command
An incorrect command was entered.
Action Reenter the correct command. (Refer to the HIP chapter in your
4635 LPS Operator Guide.)
HP2320 Invalid command with current host type
The command entered is not correct for the current host.
Action Enter the command appropriate for your current host. (Refer to
your 4635 LPS Operations Reference chapter on HIP-accessed
communicating modes for additional information.)
