P195 Output power from
polygon driver board out
of range.
At least one of the two motor driving signals has
malfunctioned.
No action required. If the problem persists, notify your
service representative.
P196 Enable line to polygon
motor fault.
The motor enable signal is not on, and the motor is off.
No action required.
If the problem persists, notify your service representative.
P199 SOS scan board fault. The SOS signal was missing during a scan interval time
window from the previous SOS signal.
No action required.
If the problem persists, notify your service representative.
P200 Enable line to laser fault. The enable line to the laser has malfunctioned.
No action required.
If the problem persists, notify your service representative.
P201 Modulator fault. The laser is off due to a modulator fault.
Contact your service representative for assistance.
P202 Laser Tube or Laser
power supply failed.
The laser tube or laser supply has failed.
Notify your service representative immediately.
The system will be down until a service representative
fixes the laser.
P204 EOS scan board fault. The EOS signal was missing during a scan interval time
window from the previous EOS signal.
No action required.
If the problem persists, notify your service representative.
P205 GWR detected SDLC
communication failure.
A fault in the printer SDLC link was detected.
No action required.
If the problem persists, notify your service representative.
P206 Lost communication with
PSP.
A fault in the HDLC link was detected after the HDLC link
was established. This may occur if Printer Controller is
restarted.
At the printer: System
communication fault, see
MSG at CRT.
No action required.
If this condition persists, notify your service representative.
P207 Major ROS malfunction in
image area.
The laser system detected a major image fault. The
system may recover without any further intervention.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. Discard purged output.
P208 ROS purge -- malfunction
detected in active image
area.
Laser system detected an error in the active image area,
causing an imaging error. The bad sheets were purged,
and the pages affected will be reimaged.
No action required.
