E100 Late departure from post
fuser switch.
The paper failed to depart from the post fuser switch in
time.
1. Clear area 4. (Clear the de-curler, then pull the fuser
and examine it for wraps or accordion jams.)
2. Press the Continue button.
E101 Sheet failed to clear
duplex wait station
sensor
1. Open the right front door.
2. Clear area 7 and close the right front door.
3. Press the Continue button.
E102 Sheet failed to arrive at
duplex wait station
sensor.
1. Open the right front door.
2. Clear area 7 and close the right front door.
3. Press the Continue button.
E115 IOT top cover open. The cover was open during printing.
1. Close the printer top cover when the printer is in
standby mode.
2. Press the Continue button.
E116 Clear paper path behind
top cover. Clear entire
paper path.
A printer has jumped through zero without completing a
job and its purge sequence.
Clear the entire paper path.
E117 Late arrival at output tray
switch.
The paper failed to arrive at the output transport jam switch
in time.
1. Clear area 5.
2. If the fault persists, check the fuser for an accordion
jam.
3. Press the Continue button.
E118 Page out of sequence
detected in paper path.
There is a feeding problem for a duplex tray or any paper
tray, a software or firmware problem, or a noisy post fuser
switch.
1. Clear area 5.
2. Press the Continue button.
E119 Late departure at bypass
switch.
The paper failed to leave the bypass transport switch in
time, or it was identified at the bypass transport jam switch
when it was scheduled to go to the output tray.
1. Clear area 6.
2. Press the Continue button.
E120 Late departure from
output tray switch.
The paper failed to leave the output transport jam switch in
the allotted amount of time.
1. Clear area 6.
2. Press the Continue button.
E121 Left front door open. The door must be closed when an IOT is in standby mode
to clear the fault. This prevents the door from momentarily
opening and closing in print mode without a fault isolation.
