Keep after printing

Keeps the document in the queue after it’s printed

for printing at a later time.

Delete

Removes the document from the print queue.

Requeue

Advances or delays a document’s position in the

print queue.

Info

Displays information about the print job.

3. To change the status of the print queue, do the

following:

• On the Queue menu, click Hold to stop printing the

documents in the print queue, or to release a held

print queue.
