CALIBRATION

Calibrating with ColorWise Pro Tools Calibrator

ColorWise Pro Tools Calibrator allows you to calibrate the Fiery EXP8000/50 using the

measurement method of your choice.

Changing calibration has the potential to affect all jobs for all users, so consider limiting the

number of people authorized to perform calibration. Set an Administrator password to

control access to calibration (see Conﬁguration and Setup).

NOTE: Multiple users can be connected to one Fiery EXP8000/50 with ColorWise Pro Tools,

but only one user at a time can use Calibrator. If you try to calibrate when another user is

using ColorWise Pro Tools to calibrate, an error message appears.

Starting Calibrator

Start Calibrator from the ColorWise Pro Tools main window.

TO CALIBRATE THE FIERY EXP8000/50 USING CALIBRATOR

1 Start ColorWise Pro Tools and connect to the Fiery EXP8000/50.

2 Click Calibrator.
