5. In the Archive Options screen, select Archive Files.

6. Click Next to continue. The files are backed up.

Note: If a Service Pack 4 Setup message appears prompting you to replace files, click Yes to continue.

The SP4 files are installed. When the installation is complete, the Setup Wizard completion screen appears.

7. Click Finish to complete the installation.

Note: Restart the computer after you install the service pack.
