Click Cancel or press the <Esc> key to close the window without deleting the selected
files.
Click Delete to remove the records.
About the Redisplay Icon
Before clicking the Redisplay icon, use the Records menu to select which files you want
to be displayed:
• All Records: Provides a complete list of all records.
• Range of Records: Enter the From and To entries for the desired range of records.
• Records by Job ID: Enter the desired Job ID.
About the Network Tab
The Network tab provides access to various network settings that enable certain protocols
and gateways.
The Network tab includes the following sections:
• Socket
• Line Printer Remote (LPR)
• WSD
• SNMP
Note
Click Save to store all of the Network tab selections and entries.
About the Socket Section
The Socket section enables or disables the socket and various ports.
The Socket section includes a Socket check box that when selected displays a table
providing the following information:
• Port
• Status
• Queue
• VPS
A toolbar with the following selections is also available:
• Add: Opens the Add/Socket Properties window where you can add a new port.
