The window also includes a toolbar with the following selections:
• Details: Opens the Accounting Record Details window.
• Export Accounting Records: Opens the Export Accounting Records window.
• Print Accounting Records: Opens the Print Accounting Records window.
• Accounting Setup: Opens the Accounting Setup window.
• Delete: Opens the Delete Accounting Records window.
• Redisplay: Rebuilds the Accounting Logs table based on the menu selection:
- All Records
- Range of Records
- Records by Job ID
About the Records Menu
Select the desired accounting records:
• All Records
• Range of Records
• Records by Job ID
Note
• Enter the desired range for Range of Records or the desired ID for Records by Job ID.
• Click Redisplay to rebuild the Accounting Logs table based on the accounting records
selected.
About the Details Icon
Clicking the Details icon opens a window displaying more detailed information about
the selected record from the Accounting Logs table. This includes Job, Processing, Printing,
and Media information.
Click Cancel or press the <Esc> key to return to the Accounting Logs table.
