About the Login Security Section
The Login Security section enables you to configure additional security precautions into
the system.
The Login Security section includes:
• Suspend Users Indefinitely After Consecutive failed login attempts: When this
check box is selected, an additional field appears enabling you to enter the number
of allowed failed login attempts before the user’s account is suspended. The range
is between 1 and 10.
• Suspend Account for a minimum duration: When this check box is selected, an
additional field appears enabling you to enter the minimum duration for which the
user’s account is suspended. The range is between 1 and 99,999 minutes.
About the Accounting Tab
The Accounting feature tracks all jobs that are processed and printed, enabling you to
charge for the use of the Xerox
®
Freeflow
®
Print Server.
The Accounting tab provides details for the accounting logs and enables you to delete,
export, or print the log information.
The Accounting window includes:
• Accounting Log Table
• Records Menu
• Icon Toolbar
About the Accounting Logs Table
The Accounting Logs table provides a detailed record for each print job. You can view
the entire log or specific records.
The Accounting Log table displays the following information:
• EntryID
• ID
• Log Status
• Sender Name
• Document Name
• Job Status
