When you are finished making selections, click either:
Cancel to exit the window without saving your selections
Save to save your selections and close the window
Enabling Strong Passwords
Strong passwords can help you meet strict security guidelines.
1. Select the desired account.
2. Click Edit selection....
The Add New User Account window appears.
3. Select the Strong Password check box to enable use of strong passwords.
4. Click Save.

A restart is not required.
Note
The Strong Password feature can be enabled by account level. When the feature is
enabled for a user level, new users of that account level must create a strong password
for their account. The passwords for existing users of that account level can remain
the same. Users can continue to use their passwords because the passwords were
created before the Strong Password feature was enabled.
Note
For additional password settings such as expiration duration, when to send expiration
notifications, and lockout counter, scroll to the Password Management section of
the window.

configure all of the options regarding user passwords.
The Password Management and Password Settings section includes the following options:
Allow users to change their password at First login: Select the check box to enable
the option.
