The valid range is from 6 to 36 points. As you change the point size, the Sender Name
display is updated to represent the selected size.
About the Finishers Section
The Finishers table lists all of the finishers and/or finishing components of the printer
and provides the status of each.
Click the Disable and Enable icons to activate and/or deactivate each of the finishers
individually.
About the Asset Section
The Asset section includes:
• Customer Asset Tag: Enter the customer asset identification number into this field.
• Xerox Asset Tag: Enter the Xerox asset identification number into this field.
About the User Access Tab
The User Access tab enables you to manage user accounts and system security.
The User Access tab includes the following sections:
• User Accounts
• Password Management
• Password Setting(s)
• Automatic Logoff
• Login Security
Note
Click Save to store all of the User Access tab selections and entries.
About the User Accounts Section
The User Accounts section enables you to manage new and current user accounts, and
disable and/or delete old user accounts.
The User Accounts section includes a table that displays the following information:
• Type
• Username
