About Job Completion Options
When the Retain PDL Files check box is selected, two additional fields appear:
• Maximum% Spool Capacity: Enter the desired amount using the Up and Down
arrows. The valid range is from 1 to 100%.
• Time Period: When this check box is selected, two additional fields appear:
- Hours: Select the check box and enter the desired number of hours using the Up
and Down arrows. The valid range is from 1 to 720 hours.
- Days: Select the check box and enter the desired number of days using the Up
and Down arrows. The valid range is from 1 to 30 days.
About Thumbnail Range
Select the Enable check box to enable thumbnail viewing.
When the check box is selected, an additional field appears where you can use the Up
and Down arrows to enter the default preview range. The valid range is from 1 to 32.
About 2 Sided Conflict Resolution
2 Sided Conflict Resolution: Select from the following options:
• Move Side 2 Images to Next Page
• Apply Side 2 Properties to Side 1
• Apply Side 1 Properties to Side 2
About PostScript Font Substitution
Select the check box to enable PostScript
™
font substition.
Use the Up and Down arrow on the menu to select the desired font.
