• UI Section: Select your preferences for the following settings:
- Language: Select the desired language.
- Measurement Units: Select the desired system of measurement.
- Numeric Format: Select the desired format.
- Time Format: Select the desired time format.
- Date Format: Select the desired date format.
- Paper Region: Select the desired region.
About Using Standardized Regional Settings
Select the Use standardized regional settings check box to use the same format options
throughout the entire UI.
About Using Multiple Regional Settings
Select the Use multiple regional settings check box to enable the use of different
regional settings in different areas of the UI.
The Configure Sections option appears when you enable Use multiple regional settings.
These radio buttons enable you to apply different formats to three different areas of
the software:
• UI Section
• Administration Pages Section
• Accounting Section
Note
The title above the format options changes as you select different Configure Section
radio buttons so you know which area of the UI the options will be applied to.
About the Job Section
The Job section enables you to enter the following basic settings:
• Scheduling Mode:
- Resource Based Scheduling
- FIFO (First In First Out)
• Job Completion Options:
- Retain PDL Files
• Thumbnail Options:
- Enable
