About the System Tab
The System tab provides access to the Restart, Shut Down, Backup and Restore functions.
The System tab includes the following sections:
• Restart and Shut down
• Backup Configuration
• Restore Configuration
About the Restart and Shut down Section
Clicking Restart immediately starts the printer if no job is being printed.
Clicking Shutdown immediately shuts down the printer if no job is being printed.
About the Backup Configuration Section
The Backup Configuration section enables you to select which of the following data are
to be backed up:
• ALL (selects all of the following):
- Configuration Directory
- Queues
- Color Profiles
- License data
- Stock Database
- Stock Tray Mappings
• ALL (selects all of the following):
- PostScript Print Resources
- User Accounts and Groups
- VIPP
