Preventing Jams
To reduce the frequency of paper jams, follow the guidelines and instructions in Printing 
Basics which includes information about supported paper and other media, guidelines for 
paper and media usage, and instructions for properly loading paper and media in the trays. Do 
not overload the paper trays.
