Chapter 2 Printer Overview
Using Web Print Management Tool Main Menu
The Main Menu contains six selections in hypertext form allowing you to jump to
other web pages.
Printer Queue
This selection contains 3 tabs for viewing the Job Queue, Mismatched Job
Queue and the Active Job Queue. Each Queue lists the Jobs Queued inside the
Controller. The lists contain information about all submitted print jobs from all
sources currently queued in the Controller's internal spool queue. The Job
Queue will be clear when the controller is restarted.
Configuration
This selection reveals seven tabs for configuring a variety of things including
Scanner destinations, Accounting modes, Network settings, feature enablement
and Date and Time.
Emulation
This selection contains multiple tabs for setting the properties of certain file
emulations and pen/plotter properties.
System Defaults
This selection contains multiple tabs for setting default properties such as
margins, media characteristics, scaling and rotation, brightness and contrast,
and finishing options to name a few.
Utilities
This selection allows the user to upload files, print test pages, change a
password, and restart or shut down the controller.
Help
This selection contains directions, explanations and links to main topics as well
as an index.
