4.3 Logical Printer Print Settings
Input Option
Sets up the input image size. Two judgment methods are available for input
image size.
• Automatic (AUTO)
Calculates the coordinates of the input image and automatically determines the
nearest media size.
• Specify Size
Enables the user to manually select the media size of the input image. The
media size can be selected from standard sizes and user-defined sizes.
This option is usually set to [AUTO]. However, the media size can be specified
manually if the size of the print is to be restricted to a fixed size. Any part of the
image that exceeds the size of the specified media will be cut off.
Settings
The settings for this function are as follows.
Menu Item Description
Media Size This parameter can be selected from either [AUTO] or one
of the listed media sizes.
The default setting is [AUTO].
The media size selections will differ based on the [Input
size] parameter that is set up for the Media series.
