installed by Xerox

Customer Service Engineers. A message displayed on the machine will indicate when it
is time to replace an ERU.

17.3. Additional Service Support

improving overall productivity. Through the XPP Program, Xerox

provides the customer with the supplies,
documentation, support, and operator training required to perform various diagnostics, routine
maintenance tasks, and some repairs which formerly had to be completed by Xerox Service. Please ask your

Service Technician for more information.
17.4. Disposal process
Empty dry ink containers and waste containers are safe and approved for local recycling with common
commercially used plastics. Empty dry ink containers or waste containers must not be disposed in or set
near fire. All Toner Waste Bottles include a prepaid return shipping label, plastic bag and tie in the box. This
is the preferred method of disposal. For more information refer to the Online Supplies Ordering / Cartridge
Recycling Program at www.xerox.com
