21. E-mail

Overview

With the optional E-mail and Network Scanning kit installed on the

Xerox Document Centre 490/480/470/460 ST users can:

• Scan an original document

• Convert the scanned document to an electronic format

• Send that information to one or more E-mail address destina-

tions

• Use the company address book (LDAP)

• Use a public address book (CSV file)
