Setups
Terminate Job if set to On, the machine will stop the job as soon as the
account limit has been reached - any pages committed to print
will be allowed to print.
Delete Pending Jobs if set to On, when an account limit is reached all pending jobs
assigned to this account will be deleted.
¾ Select [Job Completion
Setup].
¾ Make selections as required -
see below for a description of
each.
¾ To download account
information select
[Download All Accounts]. A
message will appear
confirming that the download
is in progress.
¾ On completion a confirmation
message will be displayed.
¾ Select [Close].
