Fax
¾ The [Cover Letter] screen
will appear.
¾ Select either [On] or [Off]. If
[Off] is selected, Select
[Next].
¾ If [On] is selected select the
‘To’ Comment.
¾ Select a comment from the
Comment List.
¾ Select the ‘From’ Comment’.
¾ Select a comment from the
[Comment List].
¾ Select [Next] - the Delayed
Start options screen will be
displayed.
¾ Select [Save] OR select [On]
and use the scroll arrows to
indicate the hour and minutes
when the fax is to be
transmitted.
¾ Select [Save] and then
[Close].
The Individual listing and all
selections made for that listing
will now be displayed in the Dial
Directory.
