Common settings
In Common Settings, you select default settings that affect the machine itself. The following
settings can be made and are detailed in the sections that follow:
•Machine clock/timers
•Audio tones
•Screen defaults
• Paper tray settings
•Reports
• Maintenance/diagnostics
• Other settings
1. From the System Settings screen, select Common Settings.
2. Select the item to be set.
