Ring Volume
Junk Fax Prevention
This feature programs the machine to only accept incoming
fax documents from remote machines whose Local ID
numbers are programmed into the Dial Directory. All other
fax documents are rejected thereby ensuring junk fax
documents such as advertisements and circulars are not
received.
Touch the Ring Volume
button.
Select High, Normal or Low
as the default ring volume.
Touch the Junk Fax
Prevention button.
Select On to enable this
feature and Off to switch this
feature off.
Touch Save to continue.
