Fax Setups
Local Name
The Local Name is the name allocated to this particular
machine. For example, it could indicate the location of the
machine - for example, ‘Copier West’, or be the Company
name.
Touch the Local ID button on
the right of the screen.
If more than 1 line is
connected, touch the line
number button.
Enter the telephone number
of the Document Centre
220/230/332/340 using the
keypad on the screen (up to
20 characters including
spaces).
Touch Save to continue.
Touch the Local Name
button.
