HINT: The Machine serial number is located inside the Left
Front Cover of the machine under the Copy/Print Cartridge.
Xerox Supplies Number / Supplies Tel.
Number
The machine displays the Xerox supplies telephone number
when the Machine Status button is pressed.
Touch the Machine Serial
Number button.
Use the keypad on the screen
to enter the Machine Serial
number - if necessary touch
the More Characters button
on the screen to display an
alternative keypad.
Touch Save to continue.
Touch the Xerox Supplies
Number or Supplies Tel.
Number button.
Use the numeric keypad on
the screen to enter the Xerox
Supplies telephone number.
Touch Save and Close.
Select another Setup or
touch Exit to exit the setup
screens.
