Terms and Conditions
1. Order Quantity
A. Minimum orders per delivery are:
Paper and Cardstock: 10 reams.
All other items: one order unit as shown in our catalogue.
Minimum order value for free Delivery: £95.00 (excluding VAT).
B. Products are supplied in multiples of the pack sizes and outer
case quantities stated in the catalogue. We regret that packs
cannot be split.
2. Prices
For details of the latest prices and special product offers, please call
Xerox or your nearest stockest.
A. Quantity discounts will be applied as appropriate to the total
number of units of any mixture of products in the relevant
product discount group, providing that they are included in one
order and are for delivery to one address. Quantity discounts on
one product group do not affect the prices charged for products
in other groups.
B. Payment will be due on the date shown on our invoice.
C. All prices shown in our price lists, or quoted by our staff, are
exclusive of VAT.
D. We reserve the right to vary our prices at any time. Orders will
be accepted at the price current when we receive your order,
provided that delivery is to be made within 14 days.
If you ask for delivery to be made more than 14 days after the date
of your order, the prices charged will be those current on therequested
delivery date.
3. Delivery
A. Delivery will be effected by leaving the products at the address
specified by you. Whenever possible a signature will be
obtained as proof of delivery, but we reserve the right to deliver
without obtaining a signature. Xerox Office Supplies reserves
the right to charge for the production of additional copies of
proof of delivery requested by the customer.
B. Xerox Office Supplies shall not be liable for any loss incurred
by you by reason of any delay in delivery.
C. Any claim in respect of products not delivered or delivered in a
damaged condition, or in respect of any discrepancy in the
quantity delivered must be made in writing within 14 days of
delivery to the Supplies Office that took your order.
D. Delivery is free, except for urgent deliveries made at your
request, or for orders valued at under £95.00 (excluding VAT).
E. Xerox Office Supplies reserves the right to charge for costs
incurred to meet customer’s special delivery requirements.
F. Xerox Office Supplies reserves the right to refuse to accept or
credit products that have been returned to them without prior
agreement. If you have products that need to be returned, please
contact the Supplies Office that took your order and they will
arrange for the goods to be collected.
G. Xerox Office Supplies reserves the right to charge for collecting
products from you when the collection is due to your
cancellation or amendment of an order. Only products returned
in a saleable condition will be credited to your account.
H. If goods have been incorrectly supplied by Xerox Office
Supplies, we will arrange collection if notified by the customer
within 14 days of receipt of original order.
4. No Quibble Guarantee
If, within 30 days of receipt of any of our products, you find that you
are not satisfied that they meet your expectations as to quality or
performance, we will promptly replace them without further charge.
A. All products in this catalogue, whether or not they carry the
Xerox name, are covered by our ‘’No Quibble Guarantee’’.
This does not in any way affect your legal rights.
5. Our Liability
A. Xerox Office Supplies accepts legal liability for any damage,
injury or loss caused by our fault, but not from any loss of
profit, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss. Except in
the cases of personal injury or death our liability is limited to
£5 million.
B. These terms of sale apply to all our orders, except where varied
in writing.
