This altitude setting is also used for Return to Home function in case the failsafe is triggered due to loss of signal or
power loss of the Ground Station.
Double check that the Ground Station has automatically downloaded the map around your area before you take off.
Turning on internet connection after takeoff is not advised, as this causes interferences.
DETERMINING THE RETURN TO HOME ALTITUDE
Depending on the ight conditions and obstacles in the return to home ight path, the operator can choose a safe return
altitude for the Return to Home function. This altitude should be set up before ight under the APP conguration tab.
A low altitude setting is not recommended for obstacle clearance (such as trees or buildings). Also notice the maximum
legal ight altitude for each ight. This conguration allows the aircraft to reach a programed altitude before starting to
y back to the home position. If the aircraft is below the programed altitude it will ascend to the programmed altitude,
then proceed to the home position. If the aircraft is above the programed altitude it will remain at that altitude and then
proceed to the home position.
To congure the Return to Home Altitude, user may change it under the following path: DRONE SETTINGS > AIRCRAFT >
RETURN TO HOME ALTITUDE
MAP (FLIGHT MAP/OFFLINE MAP)
The Ground Station will automatically turn off the internet connection once the aircraft is launched. Download the map of
your area before your ight and please ensure you go through the START HERE > CHECKLIST > FLYPAGE.
