The Xcellon USB-EA3 adds a Gigabit Ethernet port and three USB 3.0 Standard-A ports to your
Mac or PC. It extends your computer’s connectivity so you can have secure and reliable Internet
access via a wired connection while you use your USB peripherals. It’s ideal for connecting a device
such as a keyboard, mouse, flash drive, camera, smartphone, or tablet.
This adapter is bus powered so no external power source is needed. Just plug it into an available
USB port on your computer and go to work. It supports USB 3.0 data transfer speeds of up to 5
Gbps, and the adapter delivers Ethernet speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps. In addition, full duplex
operation is supported, ensuring the fastest data transfer speed possible. The hub also is backward
compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 and supports most USB devices.
