Transfer Speeds This Xcellon card reader has an overall bandwidth of 800 MB/s and regulates this max speed between each of the four slots. This means that your transfer speeds will be split based on the number of cards and type inserted into the card reader’s slots. For example, when using all four slots, the theoretical max speed would be 200 MB/s per slot. When using just the two CFast slots, the theoretical max speed for each would be 400 MB/s.
