Commands and Queries Reference Alphabetical reference
MON change the operating mode of the RS232 serial communication
interface into or out of Monitor Mode.
Syntax MON <int>
Parameters the requested mode of operation for the RS232 serial
interface. A value of “0” will turn Monitor Mode
off. A value of “1” will turn it on.
Category System Type: Overlapped
MON? return the current state of the Monitor Mode. A value of “0” means
that Monitor Mode is off. A value of “1” indicate that the Monitor
Mode is on.
Syntax MON?
Parameters none
Category System Type: Sequential
OCRST see OVRST
OCSET program the Power Module’s Over Current Protection.
Syntax OCSET <ch>,<value>
Parameters the number of the Power Module to be programmed.
the value to be assigned to the OCP threshold. A
value can only be programmed when PROT mode is
Manual. The upper limit of the Programmed value is
IMAX + 1. The lower limit of the programmed
value is ISET.
Category Protection Type: Sequential
OCSET? return the current programmed value of the Power Module’s OCP
threshold. The result is a <value>.
Syntax: OCSET? <ch>
Parameters the number of the channel to be queried.
Category Protection Type: Sequentail
OPT? return the Options Byte of the Power Module. The result is a decimal
value in the range 0 to 255 representing bits of the Options Byte.
For now only three bits have meaning:
Bit 4 is cleared when the Power Module has the output
disconnect relay option.
Bit 5 is cleared if the Power Module has the polarity reversal
relay option.
Bit 3 is set if this module has power monitoring logic (e.g. 1/8
wide
36V/40A module)
Syntax OPT? <ch>
Parameters the number of the channel to be queried.
Category Status Type: Sequential
