Operating AC Appliances
Understanding AC Appliances
AC appliances are rated by how much electrical power (in
watts) they consume. Jazz PP 300 C can power most
appliances within its rating (300 watts 2.6 amps). These
appliances include most 115 volt AC appliances that use 300
watts or less.
Some appliances may be damaged if they are connected to
the Jazz PP 300 C. See “Precautions for Using Rechargeable
Appliances” on page vii.
Some appliances may be difficult or impossible to operate.
Some appliances may have high surge requirements or should
not be run from the Jazz PP 300 C. See “High Surge
Appliances” on page 15.
Note:
Once fully charged, the charging current automatically
reduces to a maintenance charge mode, and the Jazz PP 300 C
may be left permanently connected to the AC Charger. Also, if
your utility power is interrupted, the charging process restarts
automatically when the utility power returns.
